Terms and Conditions
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
All orders placed are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged (see section 2).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at fizaasifofficial@hotmail.com. We will review your request, and if approved, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
If a replacement is unavailable for an exchange, a refund will be issued.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Cancellations
We do not accept cancellation requests once an order is placed.
4. Delivery
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address when placing your order.
Next Working Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 12 PM.
For Rawan Luxury Formals and Allure Festive Edit (pre-orders), next working day delivery applies once the outfit is made on pre order and arrives in the UK.
5. Product Disclaimer
Product colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or screen settings.
Size charts are provided as a guide only. Fits may vary depending on the cut and fabric.
Measurements may vary slightly due to manual measuring.
6. Payment Plans
Payment plans are only available for Rawan Luxury Formals and Allure Festive Edit.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
The remaining balance can be paid in one or two further instalments.
Full payment must be made before your outfit is dispatched.
Payment deadlines will be outlined in your invoice.
Late payments will result in a delay in your order.
If you refuse to complete the full payment or collect your order, no refund will be issued.
To select a payment plan:
Contact us on whattsapp or email we will provide bank account details where the 50% deposit needs to be paid to. Once received we will then confirm the payment agreement and an invoice will be made.
7. Shipping Costs
If you have chosen to go ahead with payment plan then An invoice with payment and shipping details will be sent to you. Shipping cost must be paid with the last payment in order for item to be dispatched.
8. Custom Orders
For custom stitching or colour customisation:
You will be required to provide your measurements.
We will contact you via email or WhatsApp with the measurement guide.
Simply select ‘custom size’ and add to the basket.
